There are no cookie cutter sessions around here. Every session is completely customized your needs, so there is no need to "figure out" what kind of session to book. Pressure preference, restrictions, and lifestyle are all taken into consideration for each new session. No one session will be the same.

Sessions may consist of any/all of the following techniques contained in my "toolbox". Heated bamboo, deep tissue, Thai massage & stretching, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi techniques, trigger point therapy & myofascial release as well as many others.
